I've not been able to play pc games for a few weeks now and I can't contact corsair support.

The problem is that when I play games for even a few seconds the case fans (corsair hd120) go to 100%, so I go into Corsair Link and i'm not able to edit the speed graphs to adjust the speed of my case fans. I have been notified of Corsair commander pro, but I have no idea on what that does and I don't want to spend another £50. Long story short, do I have faulty fans or are you not meant to control these fans through corsair link 4 without special hardware.

Any help would be much appreciated as I am lost in ways to troubleshoot this problem, thanks.

There are 2 wires that come out of HD120 fan. One of them is for LED control and plugs into the hub behind your MoBo tray. 2nd one is for fan speed control and where that one is connected? If into your MoBo then you can control it's speed within BIOS.

As far as Corsair Link goes, you can only control your fans from there IF you have Commander Pro (or Commander Mini) and the fan control wire is plugged into it.
