No signal, Help

I was playing a game on my pc and when I closed the game my screen went black and I couldn’t do anything at all, so I had to turn my pc off by the button. (I know this a big no no but I’ve had to do this a million times). Then when I turn my PC back on it doesn’t output any signal (Monitor not detecting) so I take out my graphics card (Breaking the retaining clip in the process (least of my problems)) and turn the pc back on. This time it says no signal for about ten seconds and then finds a signal but it’s just a black screen, no bios, nothing. I’ve tried resetting the CMOS but nothing works. The power supply is making a weird noise and my led fans are flickering so could be the power supply giving up? Hence why when removing the GPU it got further than before (More power to hand). Or my motherboard is [CENSORED]. In which case I’m [CENSORED] as I can’t afford a new one atm

Solution
Connect the video cable to the motherboard video output. If you don't get any signal that means your motherboard died.
Make sure that the cable is 100% working.
