Hey guys, so I just replaced my motherboard since the last one broke. After replacing everything my booting the computer the fans and lights would turn on and 5 beeps then the PC shuts off only to turn on again by itself and repeat. After a bunch of tests I found out that if I plugged out the 4 pin my computer would run with fans and lights but no display and it wouldn't turn off it would run continuously. So right now I think I have to replace the cpu but I'm not sure. Please Help.

when you state : " found out that if I plugged out the 4 pin my computer would run with fans and lights"
are you speaking of the 12v 4pin on the motherboard? if that is the case then I would be weary of a short on that line, you did not mention what is the make and model of your cpu, does it have another set of 4pin 12v for the motherboard (many have 2x4pins) have you tried using that one instead ?
