help with choosing a CPU fan and cooler

Hi this my first gaming PC and my CPU fan gets so noisy and temps stay around 52 heard it because it a stock AMD fan could anyone help pick me pick a good replacement my case is cooler master Elite 430 Black and my motherboard is MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) (MS-7641) any help would be great Thanks ;)

CRYORIG H7 and Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO are both cheap coolers, perform well, and can run quiet as they have larger/slower fans. They work on pretty much any motherboard and fit in mid tower cases.
