Internet modem not working

Hello! Right to the points however. My power was turned off for a couple seconds and when it came back online everything seemed normal however I can not connect to the internet. My wi-fi still comes up however does not work. Even on my main computer which is wired right to the modem doesn't work. I tried resetting the modem and my computer. I even factroy restarted the modem which didnt seem to help. I also seem to not be able to connect to the router in Firefox by typing in my IP address. Sometimes it loads but the login page but nearly all the time it times out. If anybody can help that’ll be super! Also I tried running Ip/config and these are the results of that if theyre any help.
