So recently my computer died after 5 years of good service, I was told that the problem is ny motherboard and I cant replace it because it is DELL's special or something and no one is producing those mother boards anymore so I'm building a new pc foe myself and I hit a problem with the psu because I know nothing about how much voltage everything needs.
What I got so far is:
Processor - i5 7600k
Motherboard - ASrock z270 pro
Graphicscard - GIGABYTE gtx 1060 3gb
RAM - patriot memory viper elite series ddr4 8gbx2 2400 mhz
Im not sure abot the hard disk and the ssd but I'm keeping those two from my old computer along with the graphics card, I need a psu and also any recommendation will be nice.
Thank you.

superninja12's suggestion looks good. I am running my (very similar) setup on a 550W PSU. (I have a different brand motherboard). To get a general idea of what to look for, read the reviews (as well as "How to Choose a PSU") here : http://www.tomshardware.com/t/power-supplies/. Remember that you will get better power efficiency (i.e. lower electric bills) from pushing a smaller PSU harder, than from running a larger PSU at low load.

Thank you very much for the recommendations, now im looking for a case, I was thinking about a mini itx tower case but after further research i think the mini itx cases will not fit so I'm looking for an atx case, do you guys have any recommendations?

A case is largely a matter of personal preference (so long as it has adequate cooling). I have my system in an NZXT S340 Razer edition (a cheaper version of the case that superninja12 suggests). Read "http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-pc-cases,4183.html" for more info.
