[SOLVED] Intel Prossesor Diagonstic Tool Fail

I have a I7 7700k overclocked in dynamic mode to 4.5 ghz, ram 3000mhz. I just ran the Intel prossesor diagnostic tool and it days it failed. Does anyone know if having my ram that high of speed or my gpu being oc caused it. It seems to run fine.i need help.

I wouldn't be worried if an OC system failed an Intel Prossesor Diagonstic Tool at all. I'd only be concerned if the PC crashes during stress testing such as a 20 hour Prime95 test or crashes during usage such as encoding or gaming.

Is there a specific are of the test that the failure on the Diagnostic Tool occurs? It should pass, plain and simple.

4.5 GHz is not exactly radical, as 4 cores will run at 4.5 GHz with XMP/MCE on many MBs, without even fiddling with manual multiplier adjustments......
