I have a "High Power" model HLP-800BE-F14S power supply which is in a system I have purchased. Can anyone give me any information on the reliability of this? It is marked "80 Plus Bronze Certified".

Manufacturer marketing materials aren't really helpful. 3rd party reviews are the only reliable way to see if a unit is good quality or not. It meets 80 Plus Bronze certification and is listed here because of that:
That's also meaningless as 80 Plus is only a measure of efficiency and not quality.
All that anyone will be able to give you is a guess but as I said above my best guess is that's is a midrange unit. Not dangerous to use but not meant for higher end systems or overclocking.
High Power is the retail division of Sirtec. I don't actually see that model in the RealhardtechX database. Sirtec quality can be all over the place from excellent to junk.

With no real reviews my guess is that it is a midrange unit. Not terrible but not something for a high end system either.
I emailed High Power asking for details when I could not find that model listed and they replied "HPL-800BR-F14S is only available in select channels, and therefore doesn’t list on High Power’s website". They sent me a spec sheet which I can send to you if you are interested.
