Okay, I'm an overclock noob and I'm trying to overclock my CPU on my MSI b350 Motherboard. I want to get up to 3.6 GHz at least and have stability. My temps at 3.1ghz or stock speeds are 48c max load.

What overclocking CPU features should be enabled and set to auto and disabled?
In this motherboard, I Have around 10 options.

Configuration
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
GPU: GTX 1060 3gb
Motherboard: MSI b350 Tomahawk
PSU: EVGA 450+ bronze certified
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 3000mhz

Set the cpu clock speed t 38.00 and the cpu voltage to about 1.3000 V and if that doesent work then just clear your cmos by putting something conductive like a paper clip on the two metal pins that will prob around your GPU then hit F1 and go back into the BIOS then try turning the voltage to 1.35000 V then rise and repeat go back into the BIOS and turn down the cpu clock speed to 37.00. Rinse and repeat and keep turning down the clock speed until it works. Use an app called CPU-Z to check to see if it works. BTW if you get frustrated you can always just go back into the BIOS right after clearing the cmos and hit ESC and get back onto your computer. Just be careful and use other sources of info then just me so you don't make a mistake cuz u can fry your computer doing this. Try to find a friend to help you that has done this before to help you. good luck.

I have done all of that and it works and is stable at 3.8 GHz at 1.3v with stress tests. Should I turn some of the CPU features off like "amd cool and quiet"?

not unless you are planing on turning up the clock speed and voltage and conroling the fan speed gour self. if it is holding a reasonable temp under modrate load ur fine.
