Specs:
CPU: i7-7700k
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X (8G)
MOBO: MSI z270 krait gaming
OS: Win10
I got a lot aswell, but i don't see that relevant to this case, only these specs.

Problem:
When i watch netflix, youtube, facebook and the video is above 5-10 min long, i start to notice delay in movement. At first it's like 500ms delay, but as i keep on watching further into the video, it gets worse. My record is 1.5 sec delay in movement. (Somebody talks but the mouth movement starts 1 sec after it's already said.

What have i tried?
Change browser, reinstall browser, delete cache, every possible thing i could think of. (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, almost every browser possible)
Reinstall network driver.
Reinstall audio driver
Installed the latest win update driver possible same goes with GPU and bios driver.

What fixes it temporarily?
Simply just refreshing the browser, but it starts to delay (go out of sync) after 3 min or less?

PS: When i start my computer after it's been fully shutdown (unplugged the power core) and turn it back on after like 30 min, it registers my network as it's not plugged in (Red cross at the internet like no LAN cable is plugged in)

Have a look here

https://helgeklein.com/blog/2017/03/streamed-video-audio-sync-problems-windows-10-realtek-sound/

Lot of the early tips probably wont concern you like network speeds but as you start reading through there's a few good suggestions to try.

Read through the comments too, as there are good suggestions made and people finding useful, like the exclusive access setting.

Have you tried drivers directly from Realtek? They provide more frequent updates compared to mobo manufactures.

It seems like this solution fixed it for me :)
I was able to fix it by disabling the advanced option “Give exclusive applications priority”. (Playback decives in the advanced tab)

Sadly it didn't work. It worked for approx 1 hour, but then as i got back to watch netflix after a break, it started again.. But thanks for trying though

I can't say for sure what is causing this but it is not a network problem. It is likely some software bug or as that link indicated something related to sound drivers.

The reason it is not a network issue is because how the data is sent. The video and audio are not sent as separate data streams. The data is send together, exactly how depends on how the data is compressed. You are in effect downloading a file and then playing it as your receive it. You should see the same problem playing a local file.

What is strange is that this keeps increasing. I would think it would get bad and then glitch and correct itself for a bit and then get bad again. Your computer actually received all the at the same time so it some how holding the video data but outputting the audio. Video takes longer to decode than audio but the applications are smart and delay playing the audio. When you are talking actual seconds of delay that is a lot of video data that the computer is holding someplace in its memory.

I am a network guy so I know little about the details of how video apps work. I would concentrate my efforts on video and audio drivers, it is unlikely it is anything related to your network.

As weird as it sounds, i'm also a "network" guy, more like overall tech guy, that has basic knowledge of how the computer works :D But i was just afraid it'd be something with my ISP or software related, as i got no clue what to do.. But in conclusion, you're telling me to only focus on the driver, as it's VERY unlikely it's network related?

That is correct. Lets say you get a 1000 bytes of data 900 would say be video and 100 would be audio. The network can not delay part of the packet it is all mixed together, it is all delivered to the end device at the same time.

The story would be different if you were running say video conferencing since many of those systems transmit the video and audio on separate streams.

I would try something like VLC to play video files. This program is mostly self contained and it has options to use or not use things like hardware accelerated decode. These functions use the video card to decode things.

It may give you a clue as to what is causing the issue.

No trouble occurs when playing a local file on the computer, it's only if i stream or watch videos online it goes out of sync.

As you can see. A user already linked me that and it worked four 1 hour, through the help of a comment, but as i started netflix again afterwards (30 min break approx) it started to do it all over again.

Google erp bios setting first. To do with power states.

I will look at your mobo manual soon, im just waking up, on phone.

See if you can find the option, last thing to try before reinstalling Windows which might not be a guaranteed solution but wont know till you try.

If you have a spare hdd try a fresh install for testing
