Randomly rebooting ploblem with Dell optiplex 790. It randomly reboots within 15-30 minutes. I have mint Linux installed on the system.

I've tried replacing some parts like the power supply and ram and it didn't work, I've tried dusting and inspecting for broken capacitors, I've tried looking in the bios. Please help!

You might try running Linux from a live DVD with the HDD unplugged. That would eliminate the HDD, or installation as issues. Maybe failing RAM module? Try running single channel 1 module at a time. See if you can isolate the issue.
If you have a UPS try running without it. Maybe that's dropping power.

Remove the fan and check for a clogged up heat sink. Could be clogged with dust and dirt.
Verify that the fan is running, could also be a bad fan.
