My GTX 1060 died recently. Im thinking of buying a new gpu but the prices are horrible in my country (Philippines). Should I buy a replacement 1060, go straight for an upgrade like a 1070 or wait for turing? Ive recently read that Nvidia wont show anything this coming GTC and GDC so im a bit worried and the prices of their new cards might be more expensive than pascal due to the on going mining craze.
and if I buy a 1070 will it be future proof at gaming in 1080p? I wont upgrade my monitor anytime soon.
