Water spilled into P.C. through upper vents, how do I know which piece of hardware got fried?

I left my room briefly while going to get food and my cat knocked a small amount of water onto my desktop which was able to leak in due to the vents on the top. My computer was on at the time, and shut off. Like an idiot, when I came back I tried powering it back on and got a window blue screen with the error message "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE". Most google searches with that error return something about a windows update but I'm obviously quite sure my issue is hardware related. I tried turning the PC on multiple times that evening (I know) before deciding to allow it to dry. It has been about 5 days since then, and powering on my PC results in the same error message.

How do I know what the hardware issue is? Below my vents sits a large fan, and slightly off to the side of that is my ram. Below my fan sits my graphics card, with my SSD below that. I believe these are the only parts that could have been doused with water. I had a lot of help building this computer, and as far as hardware goes I'm not very savvy. Having trouble finding the solution on my own, any ideas?

I was really hoping to avoid that, as I'm a broke college student who's not trying to spend money, but the more I look into it it seems like that's gonna be what I have to do.
