Only one pair of DIMM at a time - Intel DH67BL

Hi!
Having increased the RAM of my Intel DH67BL motherboard from 2x4 to 4x8 GB, I find that only one pair of sockets is recognized at a time, so only 16 GB is available.
All sockets work, but only one pair at a time (1+2 / 3+4), and all memory modules are ok (all combinations tested)..

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500@3.30 GHz
BIOS Version: 0160 (Latest) Date: 12/4/2012.
OS: Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.16299
DIMM: HyperX 2 x 16 GB DDR3 - 1333 CL9 240 - Pin UDIMM Kit (2 x 8 GB)

No errrors found with desktop tools (Intel / MS)

Missed something obvious I most surely did, as Yoda would have said - but what?

The kit (one matched pair of 2 x 8 per channel) was recommended by the dealer as suitable for the Intel mobo in question.
Part nr. HX313C9FBK2/16

A matched pair is not a kit where all modules have been tested together and have consecutive serial numbers; do both kits have very close serial numbers? Kingston have a single 8 GB module certified for that motherboard: https://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search?DeviceType=2&Mfr=INT&Line=DH67BL&Model=68596 The specs are identical to the kits that you bought; therefore you should go back to the dealer and explain your issue.
