Pc keeps crashing while power button stays lit and psu fan runs

My computer has just started randomly crashing anytime I get into gaming
The psu fan stays working and the power button stays on
Any solutions?

check if power button is releasing as it should since the are momentary switch unplug it from system and do manual start with this check if fans on psu stay if it is yes then you need to check the psu .

Are you overclocking your Cpu, Ram and GPU ? if you are try running your PC on default settings only and do you have adequate cooling for your CPU ? is your PSU rated to run your rig ?

-Either you have been messing around in the bios

-you are over heating

-you are using a cheap PSU

and do try to post your specs :p
