Wires touching gpu heatsink gtx 1060

Hello.I just bought a Gigabyte g1 gtx 1060 and i noticed that the wires (probably the wire that powers the leds ) is touching the heatsink.Is this dangerous?You can see it in the second pic.http://www.hardwarezone.com.my/review-gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1060-g1-gaming-midrange-revisited
