I actually have the GTX 770 Classified Edition 4GB, and im planning to upgrade to MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X, Or MSI Gtx 970 4gb, depending on the price, but some friends tell me it doesnt worth it to upgrade, i need a good advise. THANKSSS

No. Your friends are right in this case. A 1060 is hardly an upgrade over that 770: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html
A 1070 or 1080 is a more worthwhile upgrade - and balance that out with a 4790k... not necessarily all at once. It would be cheaper to upgrade the cpu first, then the gpu later, if prices ever come down...

Will i notice a big difference? whats the percent im gonna notice if i upgrade (Note** I only play GTA V, X plane 11, Just Cause 3 and some other 2010-2014 games)
