Random FPS drops and stutter for some games.

Since i built this pc i have been having this problem of fps drop and stutter on my pc
and i have been trying to find the problem but i can't find it does anyone have an idea of what it can be?

Rig specs
-Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor
-CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler
-MSI - Z370-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
-Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
-Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-Palit - GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Super JetStream Video Card
-Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 5 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
-EVGA - 600W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply



 
Turning on an external camera should not drop frame rates, with the possible exception of a camera attached to your computer.

Some software capturing programs slow game fps down, that is a known issue, however, you said camera.

Please explain exactly what you mean by turning on a camera. This is a vital question that needs answered before you can be given further advice.

sorry i don't know why i wrote camera but anyway i found the solution it was actually my ram since i put a new 8 gbs ram on my pc stopped having the stutter but thank you anyways
