So with the current prices of GPU's im sure buying a prebuilt is a lot more budget friendly.

I'm looking at this prebuilt and im thinking about getting it but I don't know if the ram would be enough. This pc would mostly be used for just mainly gaming. As of now I have a 1080p 240hz monitor but I might upgrade to a 1440p down the line. Would 8gb ram be enough or should I keep looking for one with 16gb ram?

I play games like Battlefield 1, Skyrim, MC, Rainbow Six, PUBG, Fortnite.

Any help is appreciated!

With that budget, 16 GB is the way to go. Perhaps, before you get the system, you can order a 16 GB kit and swap it out with the 8 GB kit when you get it. Problems with Prebuilts, btw, are that PSU's are not very trustworthy.

I assume you can go up to $1600? Consider these:

Also, do consider building aswell.

This one has a 1080, which is better than the 1070Ti, has 16 gigs of RAM and an SSD and HDD. And the PSU is very good and reliable.

It does only have an 8400, however, but in the long run you can simply upgrade that to an 8700k with a cooler if needed.

Do note, however, that there is a new GPU release around the corner so you might want to wait a bit for more options.
