Which of the two Corsair PSUs is the best

Let’s say that I don’t care about money and noise. Which one is the best:
RM-X series or
TX-M series?
Specifically I want to go with the 650w model.

RMx is better overall . TX is one tier lower product line in corsairs hierarchy (but still very decent psu) .
RMi would be even slightly better (better fan and corsair link as a bonus to be specific) .
