I have 2 old 3ds'. One in the firmware 11.6.0-39E and the other one in 6.1.0-39E (not entirely sure about this one. Will edit later if wrong.) I have no idea how to install cfw on neither one, homebrew should do the trick. Which one has a FREE way of doing this. If neither one has a reliable free way of getting homebrew on them, then how do I down/upgrade to 11.3 to get soundhack working?

This might be better asked on a site like GBAtemp, which has sections specializing in things like running homebrew software on various devices.

I used to Put a lot of stuff on my PS2 even an linux which worked lol, just took me 4h to install softmod.

We were just talking about this the other day. Talking about the hardware for type of thing is ok. Linking to games, or other sites that directly link to games is a no no. Talking about hardware good. Talking about software and for sure linking to software that can be used once device is hacked/jail broke is bad. I had to remove the link above because there was a link to where to get apps. If that link wasn't there I would have let it stand. Following Cryoburners advice and taking this to a forum that allows talking about this might be the better idea.
