Hello everyone,I need to ask can I get 60 FPS or more in games on max or settings close to max,and can I get good performance on:
AMD-FX 9590 4.7 GHz
Gainward GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB
8 GB RAM DDR3
Power Supply with 750 W?

Solution

AVOID THE 9590 AT ALL COSTS.
It gets easily beaten by a ryzen 3 and the fx 9000 series was just a bad cpu line. It had a bunch of stability issues even with compatible hardware and you were rarely able to run that cpu at stock.

That build would CRUSH any game @ 60 FPS High/Med Settings.Any game you would play
(Such as PUBG,CS:GO,Overwatch,ARMA 3,etc.) would b getting very high and smooth framerate.

The 9 series FX were a good idea, with bad architecture and timing. They are basically an FX 8350 on steroids. Same architecture, different firmware set voltages. They need one of only a few 990Fx (1 or 2 970 series) mobo rated for 220w+. Most of the FX mobo's are only rated for the 125w cpus at best. Oversized cooling is an absolute must, strongly recommended is a full custom loop. Anything less and even the 280mm or 360mm AIO's can have issues.

For a successful 9 series pc that's stable and worthwhile having, expect to spend $2k or better. Just understand that in most games it'll be beaten for fps, number crunching, gaming, rendering or other production apps by a Ryzen 3 setup costing ¼ of the price.

Is it good for gaming? It's ok. Getting to be very mediocre. It had a hard time keeping up with an i7-3770K in many instances. With what latest Ryzen and Intel cpu's can bring to the table, mediocre is getting worse by the minute.
