Alright so basically one day my mouse stopped working and I rebooted my pc just to find that it also didn't work. After that I did a system restore and my mouse worked just fine. Although alot of problems came up afterwards. Whenever I download my graphics drivers I get this message - https://gyazo.com/3065f149a8f3ea7c8b50d533a356766f - Some other programs like Battle.eye just stopped opening and after uninstalling attempting to reinstall resulted in it saying that I could not download it. It wont even let me open my volume mixer without giving me the same message. And yes I have looked up the problem to find alot of people telling me to go to my internet security settings. Nothing I have done there has made a difference, I even turned all my firewalls and antiviruses just to see if it did anything, which also did not work.
