Hello,

I have an I7 7700k with corsair h115i cooking unit. I noticed fans/radiator become quite loud recently. Now I've notice temps while just in BIOS have jumped to 89C. I cannot figure out why.

I've searched and found it could be compound on CPU that needs reapplying but 89C at idle is dangerously high.

Any ideas?

I've touched the pump tubes and can't tell whether it's pushing liquid. I've had the cooler in since June of last year so I'm not sure it could be a secure issue. Should I just unattach and reattach the pump head onto CPU?

Also the core voltage is 1.216V

Frequency is 4200 MHz

So I've pressed the tube and it feels cool with some vibration. Also on Corsaid Link the h115 pump rpm is 0. So I think the pump has failed. Wow lasted me 10 months lol. I'll have to contact corsair directly for an RMA
