Wondering about power supply

I'm building a pc from scratch. I'm using a Intel core i5 8600k and a gtx 1060 with 8gb of crucial ddr4 ram. 1. Will the GPU bottleneck the CPU? 2. What is the minimum watt power supply I need?

1: no. Cpu will be bottlenecked by the slower ram and much slower drives (SSD/HDD)
2: a quality 450 is more then enough if you've no plans to overclock. If overclocking both GPU and CPU I would start at 650w myself.
