I own a msi gs73vr stealth pro running a gtx 1070 max q and 7700hq cpu and I was wondering what is a safe way to increase my performance without taking a lot more power. Btw my gpu does always stays a good 52c under load and cpu at 70-80.

Solution
1. change power setting to high performance
2. maintain a good temp to keep the performance high (though based on what u said, i think the laptop already did it)
3. clean up any background apps that are using your laptop's resource
4. play with the charger plugged to make sure the system never throttles
5. overclock it using the app, i think MSI had an app called "dragon" or something i dunno, never had a gaming laptop... anyway, there's usually an auto-OC option on those app, u can just use that feature and squeeze some extra fps from the GPU, if u're a bit adventurous, u can use MSI Afterburner to OC it manually

the GPU should already run up to it's max potential by then
