Which CPU is better

Hello,

Is the I7 8700k or the Ryzen 5 1600x better for both Gaming/Streaming/Editing?
GPU is a 1060 6Gb and 16GB Ram.

Okey well good to know, ty.

Can you suggest me a good Air Cooler for the 8700k? Idk how much it needs. It should be able to OC it to the 4.7 boost clock, or maybe less if needet. Max 70-80€

If the memory is corsair vengeance, in other words has a low level heatsink you most likely can use all 4 slot. You will however have to install the memory before the heatsink. Higher memory heatsinks will limit you to 2 memory slots.
