CPU seriously overheating when gaming. Has gone up to 104 degrees, but sits at 90-95 for the most part whilst in a game. I have cleaned the dust out and it all looks pretty clean inside I think.

That's very basic, low end cooler. Not very effective.
I'd suggest you upgrade it.

CM Hyper 212 Evo - would be huge improvement. Just check, if it fits into your pc enclosure first.

repaste cooler and made sure you have the fan in cpu fans header and it spin up as temp goes up use hwinfo sensor page to check this with visual on the fan also system fan is related to a case fans connect to it if you have one on the header .

Okay well since I'm repasting Il order that new fan, and see how that goes. Should know by tomorrow evening.

If the system fan isn't being picked up how will I know if it's increasing in rpm?

Thanks for help by the way guys !
