So here's the think, i've bin thinking about buying something new to my pc but i dont know what to go for. I've bin thinking about a new gpu but i dont really now. what is the best thing to buy? My budget is around 1000$

For that kind of money could you get a i7 7700K and a gtx 1070. Could just start with the gpu.

You should go buy a whole new setup with those money. You can also get some money back by selling your current PC. I would suggest you to build a new PC as Vic 40 had mentioned above.
