i5 7600k & Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Overclockable to 4.2 GHz or higher?

I'm wondering if it's possible for me to overclock my i5 7600k on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo cooling system to 4.2 GHz or as high as 4.5 GHz, without doing any damage to my computer at all.

I don't have much knowledge at all about overclocking and therefore I'm asking for help, thank you. :)

Unfortunately, that's a question nobody can answer. There are a huge number of factors that affect overclocking.

The best thing to do is take your time. Ensure that you understand what each setting does and how it affects the overclock. If you don't, you'll create problems which you won't have an answer for and may end up irreparably damaging your expensive components.
