I want to game and do some photo/video editing with my PC. I'm using a ROG Crosshair VI for the motherboard. Here's my setups:
RYzen 7 1700X, GTX 1060, and 8gb of TridentZ 3200 mhz
Ryzen 5 1600X, GTX 1070/ti and 8gb of TridentZ 3200mhz
Ryzen 5 1600x, GTX 1060, and 16gb of TridentZ RGB 3200 mhz for Ryzen. They're around the same price, and I don't want to change mobo. Which is better for gaming and streaming at 1080p ultra?

Generally the 6GB version of the 1060 is the usual choice for 1920x1080 at max settings @60. I think I'd lean slightly in the direction of your third choice, though, since, while 8GB is usually enough, depending on the game, 16GB might give you more headroom.

I'd wait for others to chime in, though.

Personally. I use 24gb of ram as 16 would reach 90 percent usage (not 32 gigs because I have a problem with a stick.) again depends on exactly what you will use. If you want to truly never meet 90% or higher then try to get 32gb
