Can you list your pc specs please?

Could be power. Your power supply might not push through enough.

How many hard drives do you have?
What graphic card are you pushing?

What temperature is the pc running at during gaming?
Could be heat causing the crashes.

What cooler are you using?
Reseat the cooler. Use new thermal paste.

luckily, I had a replay from Nvidia that I captured before the crash happens, The temp was at 65 and the usage was 99%!! so what I figured that when the cpu reaches that high temp it starts to mess up the usage and then collapse.
I managed to crank up the fan RPM whenever the cpu reaches 50 and I will see what will happen.

So without OC your pc runs stable without any freezing or crashes?

which type of games of crashing? i see you said when you are playing two games? is it only one certain game that is crashing?

Have you tried reseating the cooler?

65degrees at 99% usage is not high.. it is actually very good in my opinion.. but crank up the fan RPM and let me know if that works for you.

I'm facing a new problem, where the usage would go up to 100% even when I'm not overclocking !!

what are you doing to get 100% usage. Check your processes in task manager to see whats eating your cpu.
Simply open task manager under the Processes tab click on the CPU tab so that it shows a down arrow next to it..Now the program/Application using the highest usage will show at the top.

it says 40% when I minimize the game, but when the game is open, it gives me about 70% and when I move my mouse fast it goes up to 88% or so

Pretty normal to get that usage on overwatch... check here https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/17616001926
So do not get worried about that...
