HELP!!! It seems that my Vega 11 Graphics for my Ryzen 5 2400g APU are not recognized/activated

You need to go to AMD's website and download the GPU drivers for the Vega 11 integrated graphics. If you don't do that you just get the Microsoft Basic Display Driver which is only really fit for displaying the desktop, not for rendering 3D images in a game.
