EVGA GTX 1060 buzzing noise

My GTX 1060 started making this weird noise when under the slightest amount of stress.(I had just started up Warframe) I recorded a video of the noise.

Here is the specific model of my card:

EVGA GTX 1060 6GB 06G-P4-6262-KR

Note: I just upgraded my motherboard an CPU to an I5-8400 and a GIGABYTE Z370P D3.
Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Most likely coil whine. It could be that your old setup was noisier and concealed this and now that it is quieter then you can notice the little things.

That is most likely why. My fans are running at a lower RPM now that i switched them to this mobo. Temperatures are okay..my GPU is at 70 c when playing the witcher 3. I can change the RPM of my fan in the gigabyte appcenter but then they get too loud
