NH-D15S memory and PCIe slot physical clearance

If I'm using a Noctua NH-D15S (the holy grail of CPU air coolers) and I'm using an ASrock Fatal1ty Gaming K6 motherboard with 16GB (2x8GB) of DDR4 3200MHz G.Skill Trident-Z RGB RAM, will there be any physical obstructions of memory DIMM clearance or the PCIe 1x slot at the very top of the PCIe slot lineup?

Should I be able to fit a sound card in the very top PCIe 1x slot without any interference from the large heatsink?

I would think so. Generally if the cooler blocks off a PCIe port, Noctua will mention it in their list of motherboards. Emailing them directly about this may not be a bad idea as their tech support can give you more detailed information if it's not on their website.

However given that the port is between the two biggest sources of heat in the case, I don't know if you'd really want to put anything there unless there's no other placement option.
