No need to reinstall windows but if you had another card before, use DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-tags/download-ddu.html to clean up old drivers and download newest drivers for 1050 and have them ready to install. Read instructions for DDU.

I m sorry i m asking once again,but a friend of mine said that my motherboard will support gtx 1050ti mini 4 gb not oc edition,howz that possible.i mean there is no difference from my side between these two editions.so why did he say so,or sinply he is just WRONG.plz help me,and sorry for asking the same question again

He is saying that because of the size of the motherboard ,it will not support gtx 1050ti oc edition
