I recently bought a headset which has 2 different jacks for audio and microphone, but my laptop has only 1 jack for both. i bought adapter for 2 in 1 jacks but it still doesnt work. only speakers work! i checked the show disabled and disconnected devices but microphone still isn't showing up! It uses my default microphone which laptop has in it.

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

you can buy a splitter for this purpose ! inside the plug-hole there are 4 connections...
