Regarding OCing, is the ThermalTake Riing12 fans good? Or the IDCooling 12025 Fans? I have a mATX PowerLogic Case (forgot model) with slot for an exhaust fan (I think, rear portion inner side) of the Casing. Both of these cost a little cheap but these are my only options as I'm somehow tight on budget. Also, what is/are a good fan to replace the stock AMD A10-7870K Fan? (Planning on using the stock heatsink) A cheap option would be great. I think the stock fan is 60mm or 70mm. Thanks in advance

Case fans are not going to have much of an impact on overclocking. You will need a better CPU cooler for better overclocking. If you want to overclock, you cant use the stock heat sink. Even if you replace the fan. If you really want to OC the A10, then go by a Hyper EVO 212 or something and install it as your CPU cooler. It will do much better than your stock cooler.

Additionally, your CPU is old and not very good, so I would not spend very much money on trying to overclock it, but rather save that money and put it towards a new platform upgrade.

I'm currently at 4.5Ghz but not sure if it'll be stable. My current max temps are 55C. So if I reach 1.65volts without reaching more than 60C, it is fine with more Clock speed?
