2 Sets of RAM are the same price, one with a lower speed but also lower CAS. Which is better?

DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300)
Timing 15-15-15-35
CAS Latency 15

Or

DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Timing 16-18-18-38
CAS Latency 16

The blue would go better in my rig but if the 3200 ram is better I will go with black. Thanks !

Solution
Problem with the 3200 is that it's a single stick so you loose the Dual Channel. On the contrary, the 2666 is Dual Kit and also has lower voltage. You should with dual channel, also you may be able to overclock those at 2933 or more. Either way, there is much more to gain with Dual Channel, rather than a small difference in operating frequency

Ah I didn't even notice the single stick on that one going down the list. Thanks, what sucks is I had Corsair 3000 cas 15 blue LED ram but it is faulty and sending it back. Paid the same price as these 2 kits and now can't get the same price :(

GSkill rocks. There will be no difference with Corsair 3000 cas 15, unless you are in serious business with benchmarking or heavy editing where again the difference is negligible xD
