Hello, this is my first time asking this kind of question so please bear with me patiently! 
I have been planning on buying the HTC Vive for VR Gaming for quite a bit of time - Probably ever since I have upgraded my GPU - Problem is, I am anxious about performance with my current build, that's why I have decided to upgrade now with my current budget of around 600 euros.
This computer is meant to be for general use and high end gaming in Full HD (I don't really care about 4k) so let's get started on my current build.
i5 2500k @ 3.3ghz base clock
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB 1.33mhz DDR3
GA-H61M-S2PV (rev. 2.2) MOBA
120 GB SSD SATA3 (Recently bought, some off-brand company but performs rather okay)
Custom CPU air cooler that looks really simillar to Hyper 212 EVO (This has been recommended, googled it up and it looks exactly the same as mine)
1TB Hard Drive SeaGate BarraCuda 3.5" internal drive (Website claims 7,200 RPM)
Both of those drives recently bought because of my old HDD failure.
and some 600W PSU from a brand that I have forgotten.
So, I suspect that my GPU is getting bottle necked by my CPU, that is why I googled around and I have decided that this upgrade would be the best for me:

So, things that have changed:
MSI - B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Intel - Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Kingston - FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Zalman - ZM-T4 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
I have tried to include only what is absolutely needed for me, I'd like to have some sense of security that this setup upgraded will keep me in the field of gaming for at least next 3 years, and I'd like to play VR titles rather comfortably.
I am a student and I have saved around 600 euro for vive purchase, but there is no point for me to buy it if I am going to experience motion sickness because of poor performance. I am located in Ireland.
I am looking for some feedback regarding those parts, and would it be smart to actually go through with it.

I have forgotten, but I don't really care about overclocking, but I'd like to keep my options open, in case in future I'd have to get that extra kick out of my cpu.
