OK! Brand new PC - Had for about three weeks in total, but its already been back for repair ONCE! (No Seriously! Had the PC arrive, set it up and installed my Operating System, within 4 hours it was DEAD! Power Unit shorted out! - Had to send it back fro repairs, it came back yesterday... 3/5/2018 - Running less tan 20 minutes and ITS DEAD AGAIN AND THE SAME ISSUE!)

And now it looks like it may have to go back once again! As for the second time THE POWER SUPPLY HAS BLOWN OUT! This is despite having a Surge protector fitted...

I will give the Product listing below for the PC Build I bought - But I am needless to say UNHAPPY with teh company who supplied it... I am considering getting a new power supply myself and fitting it then asking them for compensation for the excess costs as something is clearly NOT RIGHT!

This is the details from the Products listing (No Website included - Not going to advertise)

As we have all said, dont get the impression of a PCs performance from that system. I guess we all have a budget, and are limited in knowlege from our experience, but that system is very old, and it was sub-par when new.

I dont know the exact prices, but i imagine you could have gotten a much faster, more reliable 2nd hand PC on ebay for much less $

again, sorry to be bearer of bad news.
Man I hope you did not pay too much for that system. "Future Proof and Upgradeable" is laughable.

But seriously, go with a PSU from Corsiar, EVGA, or Seasonic. This is a good one.

Well, it's on its way back for repair again... Though I did find that looking back over what I was doing, there seems to be an issue with the front USB ports.

I plugged in a USB drive to get my CV for a job application, then minuites later, the power supply blew...

All fine if I don't use the front USB ports, but obviously I opted for them on the system as they are conviniant.

But I will be upgrading to a corsair once this is resolved. And to the suppliers credit, they are trying to be helpful... It's just rather annoying when you buy something new to have so many issues...
