Hello everyone,
I have a very urgent issue to discuss here. Today, I was fiddling a bit with overclocking my RAM, because it seemed to be running at a much lower Mhz than it should. After a few config changes and the usual rebooting several times, everything finally seemed to work the way I wanted it to - until my mouse pointer stopped working for no apparent reason. The whole computer didn't respond to any input, so I naturally decided to reboot again. This is where I'm stuck at now. The computer basically boots up, I can enter the BIOS, but it doesn't boot any further than the splash screen after that. Occasionally, it displays a message below the ASUS logo along the lines of "preparing automatic repair".
Things I've tried so far: (All things I have found which address this issue)
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB DDR4 @3000Mhz
Asus Prime B350-Plus
Any help would be very much appreciated!!
