[HELP] temps low on cold start of computer

Hello, i was experimenting with overclocking and cinebench tests recently. This morning right when i turned on my computer, i ran a cinebench test and my temps were 60C max, then i ran a test again after about 5 minutes, and the temps were 69C max. I was wondering what changed in those 5 minutes, and if there was anyway my temps could go back to 60C max at all times

Modify your CPU fan profile and/or get a better cooler. Otherwise, no, there's no way to keep your max temp at 60C. 69C max temp is great though, you have nothing to worry about.
