I recently got a steel series rival 700 and it was working fine for 2 months but all of a sudden it stopped working. The LED lights turn on but the actual mouse on my monitor will not move. On the side display of the mouse it says "Set active configure". I discovered that when I press the B7 it will work for about a minute then stop working again. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
