ASUS HERO VIII motherboard,
32GB Corsair vengeance 3200mhz RAM.
Hi. Just today I have modified my motherboard BIOS and flashed it with the ASUS Bios flashback button at the back of the motherboard. However, my PC is in an unbootable state. The motherboard Q Code says 00, and a red led light is lit by a cpu_led label, which means that the CPU is not initialising. The fans are also spinning at full power. Is there any way to salvage this?
Looking back, of course this was dumb of me, but I really do hope that I won't have to spend a lot of money to sort this out.
To try and fix this, I have already tried reseating the cpu, removing the ram, disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply and the cables, resetting cmos, removing the cmos battery and letting the pc rest, removing every component from the pc to see the culprit, reflashing an older and newer bios, but none of these have worked.
I have thought of doing an RmA on the board, but as it was bought through third party, ASUS does not want to process the RMA at all, saying I should contact the seller.
Any help would be appreciated. Huge thank you!!

What do you mean exactly by modified the BIOS?

If you tried using a custom BIOS and it bricked the motherboard then it's on you and you'll probably have to get another motherboard if a BIOS reset (with jumpers) doesn't help nor does flashback.

If you tried to flash the BIOS with the BIOS file from ASUS and it failed, then you would have a case for returning the motherboard, although it varies by seller. Some sellers may tell you it's your fault and it was working when they sent it out so they aren't responsible.
