Computer turns on and keyboard and mouse lights are on but monitor can’t get signal. Also a light next to the power button that usually blinks a lot doesn’t at all. Any suggestions to fixing it would be much appreciated. Thank you

I'd start by making sure the display connection to the graphics card (if applicable) is secure at both ends. If the PC does have a graphics card then try the DVI/HDMI port on the motherboard with the graphics card removed.

Solution
Often just re-seating the DRAM will do the trick. To test the graphics card, you can switch it out on another system. You can try another graphics card in the system. You can try using the integrated graphics. If the graphics card has additional power cables, make sure that the connections are secure.
