[SOLVED] GPU usage DROPPING to 0% causing FPS drops?

Its like the reverse of a 100% spike... it literally goes from say 50% to 0% and then quickly rises back up to 50%.

Tried:
-memory diagnostic (no errors found)
-it happens on very non-intensive games (such as minecraft singleplayer)
-updating drivers
-disabling background bs
-ran like a thousand anti virus programs. my pc is clean.

Yeah i did, and unfortunately for you it was just an issue where the game wasnt using enoug RAM, not sure how that caused the drops but allocating more ram fixed it

ever find a fix? have the same issue. pc has been running fine for a year. out of nowhere i got the blue screen and ever since gpu % drops to 0 playing any game. just for 2 secs every 5-10 min..
