Not booting after resetting CMOS, not even a picture on the screen

Hi,
the title said it pretty much, I resetted the CMOS by putting the jumper on pin 2-3 instead of 1-2, waited a few seconds put it back on 1-2 and now the computer does not boot at all. I do not have a picture on the screen, neither on DVI nor VGA. The screen stays black, it doesnt say "no signal". It worked on the computer before, I want to set up a NAS (and am almost done :( )
The motherboard is kinda old, it's a ASRock K10N78.
There is no external graphic card connected. Everything there is, is the Motherboard, RAM and 3 harddrives without an operating system. The system is on a USB stick.
I already tried resetting it again by just unplugging the battery for 10 minutes without success.
The fan does speed up.

I'm kind of desperate and appreciate any help!

Solution

Try disconnecting the 3 HDD's and booting with only 1 stick of RAM.

Wow. It booted like it should. Than I replugged one after another back in to find the "bad part" but every booted up just fine with the previous setup!
Thanks a lot rocktalkrock!

Edit to clarify: I unpluggeed all HDD's and booted with just 1 RAM stick.
