Hello,

I just wanted to ask you if spikes below are normal? This is a screen shot from MSI Afterburner after a couple of minutes watching YouTube videos and browsing the internet (nothing more). As you can see, frequency spikes from low (800 MHz) to high (max 3600 MHz).
Not sure if this is OK or not? Does CPU really need turbo boost all cores to their maximum during such "light" work like browsing the net? (personally it's strange to me)
Btw, the CPU is i5-5675C

Completely normal, temps are good and usage is stable with no clear cut spikes. Clock speed and usage differ rather drastically in the way you will see it on a graph. All is normal and well with your system :)

I would be worried if the CPU was pegged at 100%, CPU spikes can be caused by high video quality rendering on websites, even clicking on a link will give a spike in temperature and therefore usage. Nothing to worry about in my opinion. Only thing I would suggest is to check task manager when you're under light loads such as that to make sure that no services are using the CPU when it is not necessary.
