No POST after BSOD

I recently bought some new pc parts and assembled a machine consisting of these parts.

1 pc 520 Watt Sea Sonic S12II-520W
1 pc 250 GB Samsung 960 EVO M.2
1 pc 2 x 8 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3200 MHz
1 pcs Socket AM4 MSI B350M GAMING PRO
1 pcs Socket AM4 Ryzen 5 1500X 3.6 GHz PIB
1 pcs ASUS Radeon RX 580 STRIX OC - 8GB

Have the machine assembled and it has run super fine for just 1 month.
And best as I was sitting and playing, suddenly a BSOD suddenly came and then the machine would not restart.

As if at all, you can see and hear that it turns on and blowers also start up, but nothing happens. There is no POST or something.
And i can see the Debug lights for both CPU 6 DRAM light up short and then turns off.

I have tried to start with 1 ram block in different ports without luck,
I also try to turn on without HDD, and without luck
I'm a little on the verge of what might be the problem and hope there are some that can help me find the error.

Solution
That sounds like a hardware issue.

- I'd start by removing the RAM and trying each stick in every slot. Try to clear the DRAM light.

- Uninstall and reinstall the CPU and cooler. Check the pins. Clean all the paste and reapply new paste.

- Reseat the 8pin and 24pin connectors to the motherboard.

- Reset your CMOS using the CMOS clear jumper. Make sure power is disconnected before doing this.

If that doesn't help then either your processor or motherboard may need to be replaced. They should be under warranty if the system only ran for a month. Getting DRAM and CPU LED is generally a bad sign especially with multiple sticks of RAM. Sounds like the motherboard quit.

Hmmmm weird enough. I just chose to take the CPU to cool off and pill the CPU of motherboard. turn on the motherboard without the CPU, then put the CPU on again and on with new refrigerant paste and watch the cooler.
And wupti, the machine started again smiling

But what the heck can the error just have been ???
